Today I woke up at 7 a.m.
ฉันลุกจากเตียงแล้วไปแปรงฟันกับล้างหน้า
chǎn lúk jàak dtiiang láew bpai bpraeng-fan gàp láang nâa
I got out of bed and brushed my teeth and washed my face.
หลังจากนั้นฉันดื่มกาแฟแล้วทำอาหารเช้า

After that, I drank coffee and made breakfast.
