What Is the Refund Policy for New Students?
If you’re trying out lessons for the first time, you’re covered. Should you decide after your initial session that continuing isn’t the right fit, simply let me know and you’ll receive a refund for any remaining classes.

If you ever experience technical hiccups—like a wobbly internet connection or an unexpected power outage—don’t worry. In cases where technology interrupts your Thai lesson, you’ll be able to reschedule and make up the missed time at no extra cost. Your learning experience is important, so we’ll always ensure you get the complete lesson you booked.
During lessons, I ask that all students maintain a positive and courteous attitude—both toward me as your teacher and toward any classmates who join group sessions. This helps create a comfortable, supportive learning environment where everyone can participate confidently and make the most of each class. Open communication, patience, and mutual respect are key to your success in learning Thai.
Life happens—sometimes you run into traffic, or your meeting runs overtime. If you join your scheduled online Thai class more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered missed and deducted from your lesson package.
To make the most of your learning time, please try to arrive on schedule. Of course, if you think you might be delayed, just let me know as soon as possible so we can try to make adjustments if my teaching calendar allows.
