You can usually start your private Thai lessons as early as the next day after signing up. Simply complete your registration and select the lesson time that fits your schedule. I'll confirm your booking promptly, and you'll be ready to begin - no lengthy waiting period.

Staying connected with your Thai teacher is key to your success. That’s why, after each lesson, you’ll receive shared class notes so you never miss important points. Please note that you must use all purchased lesson hours in full. Unused hours cannot be refunded. So, please schedule and finish your lessons within your chosen package time. This way, you will get the most value from your Thai language learning experience.
What Is the Refund Policy for New Students?
If you try out lessons for the first time, you have coverage. If you decide after your first session that it’s not a good fit, just let me know. You will get a refund for any remaining classes.

If you ever experience technical hiccups—like a wobbly internet connection or an unexpected power outage—don’t worry. In cases where technology interrupts your Thai lesson, you’ll be able to reschedule and make up the missed time at no extra cost. Your learning experience is important, so I’ll always ensure you get the complete lesson you booked.
Life happens - sometimes you run into traffic, or your meeting runs overtime. If you join your online Thai class more than 15 minutes late, your instructor will mark it as missed. This will count against your lesson package.
To make the most of your learning time, please try to arrive on schedule. If you think you might be late, please let me know as soon as you can. This way, we can try to make changes if my teaching schedule allows.
